Advanced Steel Materials & Engineering Applications
Advanced Steel Materials for Industrial Projects
JISCO develops and supplies steel materials for transportation, infrastructure, energy, pressure equipment and other demanding industrial applications.
Material development and production capabilities cover multiple product families, including high-strength automotive steel, railway and weathering steel, bridge steel, pipeline steel, pressure-vessel steel and selected stainless steel grades.
For engineering projects, material selection should be based on the applicable product standard, mechanical-property requirements, service environment, fabrication route, inspection requirements and project specification.

Railway & Transportation Steel
JISCO produces weathering and structural steel products for selected railway vehicle applications where strength, weldability, forming performance and atmospheric-corrosion resistance are important.
According to current JISCO product information, railway-vehicle atmospheric-corrosion-resistant steel products have been applied to freight-wagon components and have obtained CRCC certification for the relevant product scope.
Material selection should be based on the required steel grade, thickness, mechanical properties, welding requirements, corrosion environment and the applicable railway or customer specification.
Grade availability, certification scope and delivery requirements should be confirmed for each project before quotation.

Bridge & Infrastructure Steel
JISCO supplies bridge and structural steel products for infrastructure applications where strength, toughness, weldability and dimensional control are important.
Bridge-steel products have been used in major transportation and infrastructure projects. Material requirements should be reviewed according to the required steel grade, plate or coil dimensions, mechanical properties, applicable standard and project specification.
For large infrastructure projects, buyers should also specify any additional requirements for impact toughness, welding performance, inspection, certification and delivery condition.
Pipeline & Energy Steel
JISCO produces pipeline and energy steel products for selected oil, gas and energy transportation applications where strength, toughness, weldability and dimensional control are important.
Pipeline steel requirements should be reviewed according to the required grade, applicable standard, plate or coil dimensions, mechanical properties, impact-toughness requirements, inspection scope and project specification.
For energy and infrastructure projects, additional requirements may include controlled chemistry, low-temperature toughness, weldability, ultrasonic testing and project-specific documentation
