Hongfeng Industrial Branch
Hongfeng Industrial Branch is referred to as Hongfeng Company. Founded in 2002, the original enterprise name was Jiayuguan Hongfeng Industrial Co., Ltd. It is now a branch company of Jiuquan Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., which integrates animal husbandry, planting, food processing, fertilizer processing, and commercial circulation. It is a diversified and cross-industry comprehensive economic entity and a leading critical enterprise in the national agricultural industrialization.
Hongfeng Company consists of seven operating entities: a catering center, a food processing factory, a fertilizer company, a Hongfeng supermarket, a vineyard, a Hongfeng printing factory, and a fleet.
Gansu Qimu Dairy Co., Ltd.
Gansu Qimu Dairy Co., Ltd. (Referred to as Qimu Dairy Company) is located in Jiadong Industrial Park, Jiayuguan City, the first-class subsidiary of JISCO Group, specializing in dairy farming and dairy processing. Its predecessor was the Dairy Farm of JISCO Life Company, established in 1958 to meet JISCO employees’ welfare. In 1998, the dairy farm was restructured from Jiugang Life Company, found a joint-stock private enterprise with an independent legal person, and changed its name to Lanxin Dairy Factory.
In September 2007, to develop the non-steel industry as a new economic growth point, JISCO invested in the acquisition of Lanxin Dairy Factory. Through overall planning, in June 2008, the first phase project of ten thousand dairy farms was built with an additional investment of nearly 140 million CNY, and 2,466 Holstein breed cows were imported from New Zealand at one time to start large-scale breeding.
In July 2010, Hongfeng Company established Qimu Dairy Company through institutional reform with the reform idea of “adjust the structure and change the mechanism,” making the breeding and processing of high-quality dairy cows bigger and stronger. Apply for registration as Gansu Qimu Dairy Co., Ltd. In 2015, JISCO Group established it as a first-level subsidiary.
Zixuan Wine Company
Zixuan Wine Co., Ltd. started construction in June 2005. The overall construction scale will produce 50,000 tons of wine per year; it will be constructed in three phases.
At present, the first phase of the project with an annual output of 10,000 tons of wine has been fully completed; at the same time, some auxiliary facilities are equipped according to the yearly production demand of 25,000 tons of wine.
