JISCO Hospital
JISCO Hospital was established in 1958. It is a large-scale comprehensive hospital integrating medical treatment, first aid, teaching, scientific research, physical examination, prevention, and rehabilitation, with 606 beds. It is a national grade III and Grade B hospital, a national model hospital for people to rest assured, a national baby-friendly hospital, and an international Emergency Rescue Center network hospital of the Ministry of Health. It is also a teaching hospital for several medical colleges and universities. It is the designated medical insurance institution of Lanzhou Railway Bureau, Electric Power Bureau, 404 Mining Area, Datang 803 Factory, Jiayuguan City, Jinta, Yumen, medical insurance fixed-point institutions, undertakes a variety of social insurance, and is a certification institution for an occupational health examination.
It has large-scale tumor radiotherapy equipment – medium and high-energy medical two-photon electron linear accelerator, Siemens Avanto I-class 1.5T nuclear magnetic resonance, Philips 5000 color Doppler, Haifu ultrasonic focusing knife, Philips Brilliance 16-slice high-speed spiral CT, Philips V5000 cardiovascular digital subtractor. There is nearly 600 large, medium and small advanced equipment such as CZF ultrasonic therapeutic instruments.
Jisco hospital also has a high-quality medical team, an existing staff of 949 people, including 14 staff with senior titles, 61 staff with old deputy titles, one chief nurse, two deputy chief nurses, and 220 staff with intermediate titles. There are nine people with master’s degrees, 280 with bachelor’s degrees, 12 part-time professors, and 35 part-time associate professors at Gansu College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The hospital currently has one provincial key discipline, two leading talents in the health system of Gansu Province, 18 members of the local medical professional association, seven required municipal fields, and 1 showing municipal talent.
