JISCO Metallurgical Construction Co.Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of JISCO, which was restructured and established on December 28, 2008. The registered capital is 60 million CNY, of which JISCO Corporation has contributed 30.06 million CNY, accounting for 50.10% of the registered capital; Eight Metallurgical Construction Group Co., Ltd. has donated 20 million CNY, accounting for 33.33% of the registered capital; natural shareholders hold RMB 9.94 million, accounting for 16.57% of the registered capital.
The law established the Board of Directors. It consisted of seven directors, of which JISCO appoints four, two by Eight Metallurgical Construction Group Co., Ltd., and one by Guangda Xinglong Trust Investment Co. JISCO appoints the Chairman. It has six management departments, General Office, Operation Department, Finance Department, Engineering Department, Safety and Environment Department, and Material Department; and eight branches, the first civil construction branch, the second civil construction branch, the engineering company, the commercial concrete branch, the construction material distribution center, the Lanzhou branch, the equipment installation, and maintenance branch and Outsourcing Management Department.
Operating Capability: It is a construction company in the building industry. Operating range: smelting engineering construction general contracting level one; earthwork professional contracting level one; steel structure engineering professional contracting level one; furnace planning professional contracting level one; smelting mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering professional contracting level one; housing construction engineering general contracting level two; mechanical and electrical building engineering general contracting level two; municipal public works construction general contracting level two; precast concrete components professional contracting level two;
ready-mixed commercial concrete professional contracting level three. It has a construction capacity of 600 million CNY per year for civil engineering; 30,000 tons per year for steel structure production and installation; 700,000 cubic meters per year for commercial concrete; 40,000 tons per year for steel and iron processing and distribution; 30 million CNY per year for decoration and decoration; Equipment installation project 50 million CNY year; 300,000 square meters per year for color plate production and installation; 40 million CNY per year for earthwork; and 50 million CNY per year for road construction.
