Bhutan Hydropower Station has extremely strict requirements for steel used in the construction of key facilities, Based on the dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties of the product to meet the construction requirements, but also to ensure that the metallurgical organization and grain size of the steel plate everywhere to maintain uniformity. JISCO duplex stainless steel is mainly used in the key facilities and key parts of Baihetan Hydropower Station, such as deep hole arc door, barb door slot, etc. Because of the constant immersion in water and long-term huge pressure, the complex use environment requires the mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, phase ratio, etc. of the product must reach a very high level.
To ensure that the products fully meet the requirements of the project construction, JISCO stainless steel through a special smelting process, so that the product chemical composition can be accurately controlled, the purity of the steel to a high-quality level, creating favorable conditions for the subsequent rolling of steel plates.

At present, 2205 duplex steel medium-thick plate, NO.1, 2B plate products have been successfully applied to environmental protection, petrochemical industry, shipbuilding, plate heat exchangers, and other fields.
